What You'll Do

• Assist electricians/ditch crew with residential electrical projects.
• Support our ditch crew with trenching, digging, and underground electrical installations.
• Load, unload, organize, and maintain tools and materials.
• Prepare job sites and help keep them clean and safe.
• Learn new skills while working alongside experienced professionals.
• Work safely outdoors in all weather conditions.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, hardworking, and ready to learn.
• Construction or electrical experience is a plus—but no experience is required.
• Able to perform physical work and lift heavy materials.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all types of weather.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
